Authentic Discipleship: Followers of Jesus
•We desire to cultivate the life-long process of becoming a disciple of Jesus (Matthew 28:18-20). Just as he taught his disciples in an embodied way and invited them into the abundant life (John 10:10), we follow Christ by investing our time in community experiences and individual disciplines that lead towards a deepening of faith. This includes mentoring relationships, praying through Scripture, keeping a Sabbath, and spiritual retreats.

•We value spiritual formation in both the formal and informal sense. Interns have the option of exploring formal seminary education and informal retreats and conferences. We view learning not as an end in itself, but because it allows us to extend our passions into the world in meaningful and transformative ways.
